vintage Raliegh racing bike for person about 5'6 in Oklahoma City, OK

the bicycle is in great condition very stylish. the wheels role fast and the cogs and gears are prime. the grips are soft and tight great for long bumpy rides around town. the shifters could use some technical work however it would make a fantastic fixie. i personally love fixed gear bikes. i would like to keep this bike for myself but i have to leave the country and can't bring my bike.
