I have a 13in MacBook Pro that is practically new, made in march of 2012 and is covered under apple warranty.It comes loaded with complete adobe collections (photoshop, dream weaver, fireworks, illustrator, and much more) and includes the discs.It is currently duel booted with widows 7.
