2300 Halifax Circle Firm This couch is in good condition and has a rich soft golden/brown, nonflamable, stain resistant fabric. Well made with six rounded bun feet! We have kept the seating covered since day bought, you can see cover in picture. A good 26 deep X about eight feet long. There are no tares, worn spots, or stains that we can see. It is still puffed up, firm, and a steal at this price. Hope to sell this weekend thats why low price! We love this set and will keep love seat, but no room for kids play area with couch!
