For sale or trade 1993 King of the Road 5th wheel. 40 feet. long, with 2 slides. I bought this trailer with intentions of 1 of my children to live in it but they decided to move in with friends. So, we dont need it and it has a brand new refrigerator, 2 roof air conditions, 2 gas heaters, ten gallon hot water heater, lots of room.Now...it needs a good cleaning and some cosmetic work. I replaced the floor in the slide in the living and dinning area. It has a dishwasher and works. It needs some tlc. Perfect for living or u can pull down the road. It does not have carpet or furniture in it. If this camper was in fantastic shape it would cost about 25,000.00. This is really a good buy for someone who is a fixer upper.
